3. Product Purpose
SOFBUNNY products are visual ear-care and personal-care tools.
Unless expressly stated on a specific product page and supported by any required regulatory authorization, SOFBUNNY products are not offered as substitutes for professional medical examination, diagnosis or treatment.
A camera image, built-in display or connected application may support visibility during product use. It does not diagnose the cause of:
• ear pain;
• hearing changes;
• discharge;
• bleeding;
• dizziness;
• infection;
• earwax blockage; or
• any other medical condition.
Website content is provided for general product and educational information and is not medical advice.
4. Safe Product Use
Customers must:
• read the instructions and warnings supplied with the exact product model;
• use only compatible accessories;
• keep all movement slow and controlled;
• avoid forcing the product or an accessory against resistance;
• stop use if pain, bleeding, dizziness, sudden hearing change, discharge or other concerning symptoms occur; and
• seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional when symptoms are persistent, severe, worsening or uncertain.
Do not rely on the website, a product screen, an application or a camera image as a medical diagnosis.
5. Product Information
SOFBUNNY takes reasonable care to present product descriptions, photographs, prices, availability and compatibility information accurately.
Product color and screen appearance may vary depending on the customer’s display.
Only the specifications and included accessories expressly listed for the relevant product are included in the purchase.
SOFBUNNY does not claim a certification, medical indication, safety result or performance characteristic unless it is expressly stated and appropriately supported.
6. Orders
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase.
SOFBUNNY may accept, reject or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including because of:
• payment authorization failure;
• suspected fraud;
• pricing or inventory error;
• quantity limits;
• delivery restrictions;
• regulatory restrictions; or
• inability to supply the product.
If SOFBUNNY cancels a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.

Payments are processed through Shopify or authorized payment providers. SOFBUNNY does not directly store complete payment-card numbers.

• may be modified or withdrawn before use; and
• may be corrected where an obvious error occurred.
Promotions do not reduce mandatory consumer rights.

• you own the content or have permission to submit it;
• it does not violate another person’s rights;

You grant SOFBUNNY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, format and display submitted content for store, support and marketing purposes, subject to applicable law and the permissions provided during submission.
SOFBUNNY may moderate content for spam, privacy, unlawful content, relevance or platform-policy compliance. We will not change the substantive meaning of a genuine customer review.

The SOFBUNNY name, logo, website design, product photography, graphics, written content and related materials are owned by or licensed to SOFBUNNY.

A consumer retains any mandatory protection provided by the laws of the country or region where the consumer habitually resides.

The version in effect when an order is placed will generally apply to that order unless a mandatory legal change requires otherwise.
